After 20+ years of experience as a therapist, 30+ years of marriage and raising children, and 60+ years of living, I provide a wide range of tools, skills, solutions and perspectives that have taken my clients from pain and frustration toward fulfillment, connection and peace. A caring therapeutic relationship empowers us to shift from old habits and patterns that aren’t working anymore, to new behaviors that bring about change and get us what we want.
